How much does a private chef cost?

Most chefs start around $70–95 per person, set by the chef. You'll see real per-person prices up front, plus one transparent service fee (10%, minimum $9). No surprises.

Is my money safe?

You pay in-app and it's held in escrow — released to your chef 24h after your event. If a chef no-shows or cancels, you're fully refunded.

Can you handle allergies and dietary needs?

Yes — tell us your allergies, restrictions and preferences up front, and chefs build the menu around them.

What if I need to cancel?

Free anytime before payment. After booking, refunds follow a clear time-based policy — the more notice you give, the higher the refund.

Do chefs really keep 100%?

Yes. Chefs pay 0% commission. ChefLynk earns from a flat chef subscription and the client service fee — never a cut of the chef's work.
